Virulent Plague is decent against both GW and UR, as is Flaying Tendrils. Tendrils is also good in more matches in that meta (Vampires, Weenies, probably that mardu something deck (if it's aggro)). I'd say it's better than Dead Weight. You don't need enchantments for delirium, which would be the main argument for keeping Dead Weight.

This looks really good already. I was going to comment on the singletons in your sideboard, but they make a lot of sense after I tried rationalizing them in my head haha. I think I'd rather 3 Foreboding Ruins/2 Smoldering Marsh, but otherwise, +1. Good luck at FNM!

@ tempest - Thanks! Yeah, the Crumble is for ramp and Rending is just for Avacyn haha. Pretty limited use, but important nonetheless. I'm still messing with the land base, as I've seen a lot of these decks having trouble with T2 double black, T4/5 double red. Will likely find myself making more changes to that (though I currently only have one Ruins and two Marsh).

Looks real smooth. Any EMN goodies for this deck? Liliana seems nice... maybe some Distended Mindbender, or some Collective Defiance?

My only auto-include from EMN is Mirrorwing Dragon. It will likely replace Dragonlord Kolaghan, but I have to test that.

Budget is a concern with this deck so I don't know that Liliana is a possibility, but I'm keeping my eyes open for her. I like Collective Defiance as 1- or 2-of, maybe more. Depends where it would fit. It doesn't work with GDD though.

There is a lot of Lightning Axe is my meta currently, so I'm hesitant to run Distended Mindbender. Another worth testing though.

Oh, Murder might slide its way into this deck as a 1- or 2-of.

Oh no, man, Collective Defiance seems real good with Dark-Dwellers. With the WoF part of it, you can get a bunch of cards in your bin you might want to GDD.

I'm thinking about building a Jund deck similar to this. Definitely a good starting point for it!

@ SwaggyMcSwagglepants - Hm, that is true. I'm not sure where I'd find room at the moment. Maybe the Read the Bones or Ob Nixilis Reignited - neither have been amazing, and the life loss hurts a lot.

Yeah. Foul-Tongue seems good to net some life back. I'd at least throw them into side, they help against Ojutai.

Ob Nixilis never struck me as a impressive card, so maybe swap that out.

I'm not quite sure about dropping Ob just yet, maybe swap two Read the Bones for two Foul-Tongue Invocation?
