The plan is casting High Tide + Turnabout , producing a huge amount of mana, and then casting some amount of cantrips, eventually leading to a Past in Flames/Time Spiral/Epic Experiment/Mind's Desire.

Win conditions:

• Guttersnipe
• Sphinx-Bone Wand
• Ignite Memories

It's also possible to win through combat, using Wee Dragonauts , Spellheart Chimera, Runechanter's Pike , Talrand, Sky Summoner.

Time Warp is there for reaching the combat phase and attacking (it would blow to have Talrand produce 20 tokens, and then just getting wrathed).

Reiterate + Turnabout is a recent addition, and it's there to provide a faster win condition, so that people don't have to sit there for 10m watching me cast spells.Even when it doesn't provides infinite mana, it will still produce infinite spells for storm, Guttersnipe and friends.

Reins of Power and Insurrection are usually fallback options.

I'm thinking about removing a few cards:

• - Windfall in.
• - Intuition in.
• Wee Dragonauts - I almost cut this card, but adding Reiterate opened a new door for an incredibly large flying faerie wizard. Not sure though.
• Devastation Tide - Every time I have it, I usually have a full powered Dack, with other non-land permanents on the board. Maybe I should keep it anyway as a failsafe.
