The infinite mana can be used with Blue Sun's Zenith.

Infinite casting of Ghostly Flicker is also an instant win with Guttersnipe or Thermo-Alchemist, or infinite tokens (without haste) with Young Pyromancer. The latter two can be fetched with Muddle the Mixture.

Ghostly Flicker and Blue Sun's Zenith can be fetched with Mystical Tutor.

Mystic Sanctuary can be fetched with Tolaria West (to hand) or Flooded Strand (directly to battlefield).
