Here is the beginning of my Izzet EDH deck. Any suggestions for cards to add are greatly appreciated.

I would prefer cards less than $5/card. I can have a few $10>, just not too many. I'm investing in a Sensei's Divining Top for this deck, and I'd like it to be the most expensive card in the deck. Hopefully that gives you an idea of my budget.
