Melira and her pals are on a budget so it is time for plan B.

Altar of Bone is the least expensive way to fetch melira that I could find.

Martyr's Cause is the cheapest way to protect melira that I could find and fits with the theme which is a bonus.

Win Cons:

Melira, Sylvok Outcast + creature with persist + Goblin Bombardment = infinite damage

Melira, Sylvok Outcast + creature with persist + Altar of Dementia = infinite mill for the win

Melira, Sylvok Outcast + creature with persist + Carrion Feeder + Rancor = infinite trample damage

This deck can be even on a cheaper budget: replace Carrion Feeder with Bloodthrone Vampire and Rancor with Unflinching Courage. Please let me know if you have a better option for trample. And you can play without the Altar of Dementia. Those changes would bring it down to under $40.
