This is a refresh of one of my old decks.

Combo

• Melira, Sylvok Outcast
• a sac outlet like Blasting Station or Altar of Dementia
• any persist creature like Kitchen Finks, Rendclaw Trow or Safehold Elite.

Leads to infinite damage or infinite mill, and, optionally, infinite HP with the Kitchen Finks

I have been playtesting this a bit and a turn 3 win is possible, a payoff by turn 6 is nearly guaranteed against non blue decks, but my group of friends aren't really into competitive decks so I don't know how it would stack up against more credible threats.

Friends

• Noble Hierarch: amazing accelerator, and good synergy with Rendclaw Trow
• Spellskite: excellent lightning rod for all pieces of the combo as it is an artifact creature, and can be a pain for many decks in general with its ability to redirect combat tricks and many positive abilities onto it etc.

Tutors

• Collected Company: can put all the creature pieces of the combo on the battlefield in one turn, or if that's unsuccessful, cycle a good chunk of the deck while putting some shock absorbers like Spellskite, or tutors like Tribute Mage on the battlefield, which increases our chances of encountering our combo pieces soon.
• Eldritch Evolution: can tutor any of the creature pieces of the combo onto the battlefield. In a pinch, it can also be used to tutor the Tribute Mage to get the Altar of Dementia in your hand.
• Muddle the Mixture: can tutor any one piece of the combo, since Melira, Sylvok Outcast, Safehold Elite and Altar of Dementia all cost {2}
• Tribute Mage: can tutor Altar of Dementia or Spellskite

3. Collected Company pulling Melira, Sylvok Outcast + at least one of Kitchen Finks, Rendclaw Trow or Safehold Elite

All in all, there seems to be a respectable 4-5% chance of pulling the combo on turn 3.

Sideboard

• If the opponents deck contains too many cards that can't be milled like Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre, you can swap the Tribute Mage for Trophy Mage, which will tutor the blasting stations instead of the altar of dementia, and you can swap out one of the Altars for one more blasting station. This slows down the deck by about one turn.
• If there is a lot of board removal like Volcanic Fallout, slowing down and swapping the Muddle the Mixture for Heroic Intervention can help secure a win as well.
• Against control, you can swap out the Eldritch Evolution for Dispel and swap out up to 3 Spellskite for Autumn's Veil

Notes

• Feedback welcome! Especially around better tutors, more reliability against control, etc.
• Unsure whether Eldritch Evolution or Chord of Calling would work best here.
