Crowned Ceratok and Sapphire Drake seem a little too cute. I would ditch them for something like Thran Dynamo for more ramp, or something controlling like Lux Cannon

I've kinda neglected the comments on this deck because I couldn't decide what to do for the suggestions. But now I have explanations as to what I'm going to do so I can get back to those people who I've neglected.

As for both the suggestions by Virgys and infinitemana, I will put in Lux Cannon and Thran Dynamo , I'll make the alterations in a jiffy.

awesome looking deck, another way around Meddling Mage is using Chord of Calling to put your Hellkite Tyrant into play directly, since the mage's oracle text was changed to "cant be cast".

You have a furnace, but do you have a Titan Forge ?

I have implemented what you said into the description fijord.

Titan Forge is too slow Caligula. Even though I have lots of mana, I generally need that to spend on my 6 cmc spells and and activation costs. And my Coretapper to be used on my Everflowing Chalice and my Lux Cannon . Finally, moments where I just swing at my opponent is fulfilled by the Myr Incubator and Steel Overseer synergy, so I need not of a 9/9 creature.

Oops! I almost forgot, I wanted to know if you considered either of these...Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas or Tezzeret the Seeker

I used to use the Tezzerets SevynnthDimension, however they were just slow. I also don't want to be adding a fourth colour to this deck. I'm relying on Chromatic Lantern enough as it is. You also have to consider that neither of those get benefited by Etherium Sculptor , which is another point of the mark as I already have enough of those.

could Chief Engineer have a place in here?

Etherium Sculptor is much better SasukeUchiha. It is more because Chief Engineer is specific on one or two large artifacts whereas Etherium Sculptor is spread out to a wide variety of artifacts, so I save more mana per turn with it.

Yeah, that is kind of what I thought too, plus I realized that convoke only works on creatures and not artifacts, and with so few creatures it really doesn't help at all.

First off I wanted to say great deck and +1. Second I am considering making this deck to play casual with friends, are their any cards(banned or not) that could make this deck better with a $1000 budget?

ABUR duals. This deck is pretty pricey on its own for being a casual deck. Best to save the rest of it for something else.
