My friends said blue can't have any fun anymore

So MEME Commander is an additional rules set that my play group and I have created in order to depower and "bring the fun" back into magic. It stands for Miserably Elaborate Majestically Ethical Commander, basically all fast mana, tutors, and several of the more "oppressive" cards have been banned and starting life totals have been set to 25 so that it is harded to race for combos. Additionally your deck has an 80pt budget not including your commander, each mythic and rare card cost you 2pts, and uncommons cost 1pt. So far games have been quite enjoyable, despite my friends target banning all my OP blue cards xD.

This deck is desgined to slowly steal and drain my opponents resources while making slight gains off the card advantage that the ninjas offer me. Its like a mix of UB Tempo/Aggro with a lot of answers.
