Ive always had a soft spot for the mechanized beauty of a blue artifact deck.

After having built an Arcum deck that endlessly comboed off for a boring win, I realized I wanted to make something that took advantage of the many rock / untap-while-finite mechanic instead. And who better to helm the production (and pilfering) of these crafty little mana sources (and everything else) than old Memnarch!
