Everyone's favorite paranoid dickhead is here to steal your stuff.

Your goal here is to ramp Memnarch out and start stealing from people, ideally with some way to protect him from the inevitable removal that's coming your way. Your artifacts are generally there to ramp and keep you ramping, or to mess with the board state or keep big brother Memnarch alive.

Sac outlets like Ashnod's Altar let you steal things you may not even want just to deprive someone else of them, while cards like Mindslaver or Reins of Power can let you take over whoever has the biggest board state and wreck their turn to get you ahead.

Your biggest problem is Memnarch's healthy casting cost, if he keeps getting killed, the commander tax will take you down with him, but your Mana rocks and utility artifacts like the keys should help.
