Eiti3 I like Muzzio, I'll look into him, I like what he can do for the deck. As for Strionic Resonator I would really use that if this was a pure Arcum build, right now torn between the two generals, want to try out Memnarch at least a bit and if I don't like it I'll just go back to pure Arcum fun.

GigaByte_Ghost that's not a bad card I'll look into it :)

One card I've found surprisingly useful in my decks is Long-Term Plans. It's better than it looks at first glance because it's an instant, and can find any card, unlike most blue tutors that only look for either an Artifact or an instant/sorcery.

Unwinding Clock + Vedalken Orrery is amazing. And if you have out Mycosynth Lattice, every turn is your turn!

Other than that, definitely taking some ideas from this to improve my Arcum deck, looks fantastic!

K34 I know that card, Its a very good card I play it in my Maelstrom deck. I might look into adding it to this deck but firstly I'm finishing my Leovold deck making perfect in every way then it will be this one. :)

Honestly Blightsteel Colossus seems like garbage in this deck, the only way to cheat it into play is with Master Transmuter who would already be unplayable if you didn't have so many haste effects. You could also ramp into it I suppose but even then in a competitive edh game it will either be removed immediately, kill maybe one player or no one will care at all since they're just going to combo kill next turn.

Darksteel Ingot is a bad card. 3 mana is to much to pay to ramp 1 mana and the colour fixing is totally irrelevant in a mono blue deck. Coldsteel Heart is significantly better.

Spine of Ish Sah seems mediocre given that it would usually just be better to play a counterspell and there's basically never going to be a reason to get this over something else with arcum.

Argivian Restoration costs 4 mana and will usually only be able to target a dork.

Plea for Power = 4 mana draw 3 cards, Windfall = 3 mana draw 6-7 cards. Therefore Timetwister >> Windfall >> Plea for Power

Junk Diver seems expensive but might be ok. Generally seems worse than Dross Scorpion or Myr Sire though.

Darksteel Citadel seems like an auto include in an artifact deck.

Copy Artifact is Sculpting Steel for 2.

Winter Orb can completely shut down interaction from other players while you arcum out your combo. Same with Ensnaring Bridge

Dispel is really good in competitive games as it counters any counterspells or a bunch of other things.

Mental Misstep and Steel Sabotage will always have a target.

Gilded Lotus is crazy ramp.

Mindslaver is an easy lock.

Since you're already playing Junk Diver and Myr Retriever, would you also be interested in Workshop Assistant?

Along the same vein, you are running multiple 2-mana, artifact, mana dorks. Options, you don't include are Hedron Crawler and Millikin.

I'm not familiar enough with the deck to know if you want more of these effects, but they are options.

Delay is a lesser-known counterspell that is more versatile than Negate and typically, you'll be wanting to go infinite less than three turns after you counter anything, so the suspend downside doesn't usually matter.

also i am looking for your primary win combo? have you thought about infinite mill?

also i disagree with vasseer aboud Spine of Ish Sah... if you are winning you don't need it, but if someone comes out with a big threat you are forced to deal with, having the versatility of tutoring spine onto the battlefield is exactly what you need.

Grind Thank you for the idea's and I think I agree with you on the Spine of Ish Sah, Those very few times it might just help out its good to know its there :)

Quick suggestions based off of my time of playing Arcum:

Padeem is actually pretty bad. He competes with Arcum in mana cost (so you would never cast him from hand over Arcum), and he sadly doesn't really do a whole lot (by the time you'd draw a card, you would have won the game already too). His slot could be a more effective silver bullet like Ensnaring Bridge, Pithing Needle, Torpor Orb and the like. Bridge and Needle work well against Yisan-- Needle keeps Yisan from activating, which allows you to counter anything that would destroy your bridge. This cuts off most of Yisan's ways to win. All 3 help against Derevi, Needle and Orb are great against Brago (name Strionic Resonator), and I could probably go on ad nauseam about the best and most competitive Commanders and how invaluable these cards are, but I won't.

Phyrexian Revoker is not a replacement for Pithing Needle. One can be tutored out at instant speed with Arcum, the other cannot.

Dramatic reversal is particularly insane. Static Orb is a card I began using that people find a tough time trying to fight through, depending upon deck. Brago, for example, won't care about it, but Prossh and Animar will have fits if this comes down early. Untapping Arcum and a mana rock/Turbine while slowing everyone else's kill turns down by 4+ is phenomenal since you only really need 3 taps (since you assemble Basalt Monolith + Staff of Domination + Rings of Brighthearth before actually going for the kill since you can just untap your whole board with infinite mana/copying the untap using Clock and Rings, then pull out Lattice + Disk + Forge all in the same turn).
