Hey, i just wanted to say... dont play legacy if you are new to magic, the format is way to hard and ethernal. Try something like standard or buy some kind of event deck and than start updating it :)

Well, I'm not actually new to magic, but I'm pretty new to all of these game-type terms like Standard and Legacy, so perhaps this isn't a Legacy deck although "Legacy legal" as it says? This is just an experimental deck anyways :)

@Son-of-Mace - I'm not sure how similar to mine yours is, except they're both Red/Blue and both about drawing cards, but some of the cards you use could evt. be useful to me too, like Rhystic Study.

Rhystic Study plus Psychosis Crawler is incredible in modern/casual or legacy games,

Yeah, I Psychosis Crawler would be cool. I use Maro instead, because I am in possession of that. My MTG budget for this year has already exceeded its limit ;)

Mind Over Matter could be a good card in this deck when paired with Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind, Kamahl, Pit Fighter + Curiosity or Ophidian Eye, or Kozilek, Butcher of Truth. It can cause your combo to go infinite because eventually you'll be able to discard Kozilek to restock your library so you never run out of cards to draw. as long as you have a counter in hand to get rid of graveyard hate, you're set. Just a thought! Spicy deck though +1
