Guilds of Ravnica Merfolk on a budget. I originally built this back when Ixalan dropped and continued to update it since, and with Rotation and some lowered card prices, maybe I can make this strong again? This is an aggro deck similar to Izzet Drake decks, if their damage was more wide than it is swole, providing an aggressive and evasive suite. The sideboard helps change the deck to counteract whatever you face, leading to better games post sideboarding for the deck, but remember that sideboards are based on what you see in your local meta, I'm just prepared for most of what I come up against.
