Fleshbag Marauder/ Merciless Executioner can help get experience counters in the early game and control the board at the same time.

Dictate of Erebos is a must and is often better than Grave Pact. Will have more soon.

Woebringer Demon, Perilous Forays, Doomgape, and Damnation with a Darksteel Plate attached to your commander. You might also want Liliana Vess as another Rise of the Dark Realms type effect (should you get enough loyalty).
I might have more later, but that's it for now.

I think that 37 lands is too much for this deck. It would do well with 35 lands because you have multiple ways to gather the lands. Maybe even 34, but that's pushing it a little.
Choke just seems out of place. You don't have any cards that alter land types, so it would be very slim in what it would affect. However, it may be different based on your meta.
Those are just a couple suggestions. Also, you could replace Living End with Living Death just because you can see the end coming. You might also want to switch Viridian Zealot with Caustic Caterpillar just because it cost 1 less. You could add it as well, but that's your choice.
Anyway, that's my 2 cents. Hope it helps.

Cut Viridian Zealot for Nullmage Shepherd? Rapid repeatable destruction is beneficial. More suggestions in a little while.

Don't cut lands. I definitely wouldn't go below 36.
Living End is a whole ton worse than Living Death
Sylvok Replica and Caustic Caterpillar are good. Nullmage shepherd is bad.
Some other really good cards you're missing: Skullclamp, Deathreap Ritual, Gray Merchant of Asphodel, Reclamation Sage, Green Sun's Zenith, Kokusho, the Evening Star, Corpse Augur, Altar of Dementia, Bojuka Bog, Scavenging Ooze, Sidisi, Undead Vizier, Grim Haruspex, Fleshbag Marauder, Merciless Executioner
If you're looking for deck space, any of these are very cuttable: mycoloth, caller of the pack, doomgape, extractor demon, scourge of nel toth, vulturous zombie, centaur vinecrasher, kessig cagebreakers, spider spawning, golgari charm, black market, cloudthresher.
Basically all the big mostly-vanilla creatures that don't directly generate card advantage or destroy opponent's stuff is easily cut.
You can check out my grindy golgari EDH deck here for more ideas.
Cheers

Ok, first off, mycoloth is amazing token generation and has won me multiple games. Caller of the pack is a solid finisher but might be cut. Extrcator demon is great, letting me fill up my graveyard or mill others. Vulturous zombie is great, so is vinecrasher. neither of those are vanilla. token generation here is always good. Black market is great ramp, and I might cut cloudthresher.
I agree with deathreap ritual, gary, kokusho, and sidisi. I also agree living end is worse. 35 lands here works really well. My problem with what you suggested is that you basically said to cut most of my token generation and things that actually deal damage for card advantage and destruction. Those are good, but don't actually win the game.

Also, because of Lord of Extinction I am against emptying any graveyard.

if you just want to win, Natural Order out your craterhoof
Avenger of Zendikar does lots of damage
You're a lot better off beating on people with value dudes like rune-scarred demon and Woodfall Primus than spending 8 mana for caller of the pack that gives you no value if it dies
Graveyard hate is pretty essential, especially if you want to Living Death. Even if you exile some of your opponents' cards, something like lord of extinction will still be gigantic. Does it really matter if he's 20/20 instead of 30/30? What matters is stopping opponents' Animate Dead shenanigans
You don't need to play something like extractor demon, your graveyard will fill up on its own. For 6 mana he's pretty low-impact. I suggested Altar of Dementia because it's a cheap free sac outlet that mills you. Meren 101

Mycoloth is generally pretty bad because it has to live until your next upkeep to make tokens, on top of requiring you to have creatures to eat when you play it. I guess if your opponents run like zero removal it could work

That would only be relevant if my commander wasn't meren....I can reanimate it. I don't care if it dies. That helps me! And surviving till my next turn is NOT asking much...

Disciple of Bolas instead of altar reap more cards (most of the time) and reusable

Daedalus19876 could you help me with this deck and my standard deck I'm feeling delirious.

Hi! I played Meren for 6 months give or take. So how about Mike and Trike?

I once upon a time built a Meren deck too. I didn't enjoy it, and it got taken apart, but here's a link in case you can find something you missed: *RETIRED* Beggars and Kings: Meren EDH
The first thing that jumps out at me is the lack of Smothering Abomination, Grim Haruspex, and Harvester of Souls. These are all powerful card draw engines that synergize well with your commander and strategy :)
Mikaeus, the Unhallowed is a GOD in this kind of deck. Also, Natural Order or Pattern of Rebirth gives you a Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger on T4 even without ramp o.O
I'm not a fan of Grisly Salvage in EDH :(
You are missing the best staxy enchantment, Attrition! :o
Hope this was helpful ;)

If I run mikeaus, i am not running the trike combo, I am running the better one. Walking Ballista. Also, I agree with salvage. Abomination I cut for better sac outlets. I have tested harspex and harvester as well, but they never do as much as I need them to, so I am gonna put in Greater Good.

Daedalus will love this I recommend Yahenni. Indestructable growing sack outlet.

Sheoldred, Whispering One? Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger? Blood Artist? Fecundity? Pawn of Ulamog? Liliana, Heretical Healer Flip? Lifeline could be pretty funny, too....
For stronger reanimation targets, consider Grave Titan, Rune-Scarred Demon, Sidisi, Undead Vizier, and Avenger of Zendikar + Craterhoof Behemoth .
