Love this build, looks like it's missing Survival of the Fittest but other than that I like a lot!

Savag3B3ast, thanks for coming in and glad ya dig the deck! It's been a lot of fun to play and usually the one I pull out when I feel like using my best chance to dominate.
I hear ya on Survival of the Fittest and will get it in here as soon as I get a copy. Definitely know it has a place in here, and good call!

Went ahead and dropped coin for Survival of the Fittest. When it arrives, I'll slot it in!

Loco-Motive, I forgot how to tag you in a post or reply but awesome. How much better does the deck run with it?

Savag3B3ast, hey man. It's a great addition. Helps me manipulate the graveyard and my proper order of creature emergence. So good!
Well worth the coin! This deck has become the one I bring out when I want to punish the table. It's great.

@Loco-Motive - Awesome, the deck is nastyyyyyy, I definitely need to build this, currently using Gitrog that has most of these cards already in it unfortunately.

Yeah, dude. It's becoming the deck that I have to put away when I need everyone to have a good time. Lol

Yeah I can imagine, they just need to run more removal and graveyard hate if they want to win. It's hard though since experience counters don't go away ever lol.

They'll make a card soon to stop or minus people's experience counters, they have to because those commanders are too good lol

I like your deck tech for meren. You have a few cards in your deck that my meren deck does not contain. Creekwood Liege is a really good add on to Meren. Up one vote because i Love meren. Check out my Meren's Crew Shall Never Die deck. It may give you some ideas for yours or make some suggestions for me.

I have a bunch of suggestions although i dont quite have the time to type them all up. I will lead off with one for now. Use Bone Shredder instead of Shriekmaw. It has a lower CMC so you can Meren it out sooner and you can reuse it easier by not paying the echo cost.

Mortiferus_Rosa, thanks! Wasn't aware of that card. Throwing it into the Maybeboard until I get my hands on one.
Great suggestion!

Before i go ahead and start making other suggestions, i wanted your thoughts and reasons behind going the creature token route. Is that something you are really bought into or just so happens to be you have a number of cards that support it?

Mortiferus_Rosa, there was never a solid commitment to going the route of tokens. Never a plan that required them from the start...just a manifestation of certain strategies that came together as such.
Very rarely does this deck win off of total Commander damage kills or attacking until life is at zero. The majority of the time, my wins come out of locking up the entire board through sac and attrition. So initially, tokens ended up being good blocking fodder until strategies manifested...then tokens became a more efficient way to get that Experience Count up faster...then finally, certain components of the deck used tokens crazy-efficiently.
I suppose it started with Awakening Zone, which I will always find to be an auto-include in any Commander deck running Green. The exponential mana / chump blockers are a no-brainer, especially when it comes to increasing Commander cast costs.
Things that produce tokens, but were added for their overall efficiency and not so much tokens specifically, were things like Grave Titan, Creakwood Liege, Wurmcoil Engine, etc...
Then things started coming into play that used tokens so well, or relied on them, such as Eldrazi Monument, Skullclamp, Ashnod's Altar, Attrition, Birthing Pod, etc...
Finally, it all came together with additions such as Butcher of Malakir, Grave Pact, Dictate of Erebos, etc...to completely lock out multi-player scenarios. This has been the usual way in which games are ending with this deck.
That's not to say that I only sac tokens and forego getting quality card creatures into the 'yard that I can bring back with their ETB's using Meren, but it gives me options.
Hope that gives you a good window into the mentality of the deck's construction thus far. The deck's gone through roughly 8-mos of metamorphosis...heavy in the beginning and certainly slowed recently as its been pretty well-tuned by the conversations here with the community.

Maybe Kokusho, the Evening Star?
Also, Tranquil Cove is not legal in this deck. However, it still gets +1 from meeee

Mortiferus_Rosa, Bone Shredder arrived in the mail today so I'm able to make that substitution. Thanks again for the great recommendation.
Halphinian, lol, GREAT catch! I'm pretty damn sure that that's mistaken for another land card and just input here incorrectly. Gonna have to find what that actually is!

Ok, im back. Here is a list of recommendations/suggestions. I am going to break your rules somewhat.
- Triskelion is the other half of an infinite damage combo with Mikaeus, the Unhallowed.
- Vampire Hexmage is an excellent Meren enabler that demolishes planeswalkers (and other things reliant on counters.
- Hell's Caretaker is a both good way to get more value creatures out of your graveyard, especially since you have such an abundance of tokens.
- Hermit Druid, especially given your ~12 basic lands he is a great way to fill the graveyard
- Corpse Connoisseur, another Entomb but on a creature
Ok and here are some thoughts on some cards in your deck that you could evaluate for taking out in favor of any of the above mentioned cards (other card suggestions below as well). Just want to emphasize that this is merely my opinion and nothing more.
- Gonti, Lord of Luxury. I feel like he is, best case scenario, a win more card. If you are relying on him to hit something of your opponents to win you the game you are either in dire straits or toying with your food.
- Conjurer's Closet. Reusing enter the battlefield effects is nice, but it only nets you one extra a turn. Kinda slow imho.
- Crop Rotation. This one im confidant on because i dont know if you are aiming for a specific nonbasic land or not. If you are might i suggest either Expedition Map so you dont have to sac one of your own lands to get it or Life from the Loam so you can get them out of your graveyard.
- Creakwood Liege. He is a very very slow token generator. Would you tutor for him, or do you find yourself going for someone like Ghoulcaller Gisa instead?
- This one is more personal preference. Harvester of Souls is better in the later game. Grim Haruspex is better for the earlier game.
- Same deal, Sadistic Hypnotist works quite well in your deck since you have so many token enablers. I prefer to be more... ah... abrupt? and use Mindslicer. You discard your hand too but a) you can easily refill it and b) it hits everybody all at once.
Hope some of this helps.

Hey there, Mortiferus_Rosa, thanks again for popping in.
I like some of the suggestions you threw up there and I think I'm going to affect some of those changes.
Things I'll be taking out: Gonti, Lord of Luxury (this was a try it for a F of it card, and you're absolutely right about it), Creakwood Liege (he's nice and has come in handy more often than not, but yeah, there could be a better something in his place), and, I know this wasn't meant to be something to take out, but I'm going to take out Mikaeus, the Unhallowed. He's fine in this deck, but he's actually much more awesome in my Atraxa deck, lol, and I only have one. I also don't have much need for infinite damage as I've found controlling the board isn't too hard with this deck and a lockdown in more often how this deck wins.
In their place, I am going to add Vampire Hexmage (this was my favorite suggestion of them all...I love it, Hell's Caretaker (he used to be in here a while ago, but I'm willing to give him another go), and Corpse Connoisseur. This is a great suggestion and one I hadn't considered it.
For various reasons I'm going to forego the other suggestions for now. Some things I'm keeping because of personal preference or just the fact that playing them for months has shown me their true value. I will be making the three switches though, and thank you.
Oh...and that Conjurer's Closet...? Don't doubt it! LOL. My playgroup HATES it when that thing comes out. There are some ETB effects in this deck that Closet just makes horribly, horribly better.
Appreciate all the time you spent for the suggestions! Those two cards outside of Hell's Caretaker are now on order.
