Small group of friends and I are putting together ~$25 Tiny Leader decks. The budget is to keep things interesting and prevent expensive decks comprised of all the standard staples.

I'm relatively new to Magic and haven't built a TL deck before.

The basic idea is to stall out the game. I see winning being dependent on disrupting the opponent's (Yash's) ability to deal combat damage/break through my creatures. To seal the deal, I'll hopefully have MRB and an untapping engine to destroy everything they have, get one or some of my combat-damage-trigger creatures out, or get Luminarch Ascension off.

Haven't worked out the lands yet.
