My old rat deck. Looking at the swamps I likely built this late 2013 or early 2014, and have changed very few cards since. My friends and I challenged each other to build tribal decks to play against each other, and this was mine. At the time, it was very budget (<100$ I think?),and as you can see there are some questionable choices that as a kid without much money I thought were good. Suggestions welcome, but keep in mind I still like to keep things budget, and I will say I don't really want to just jam relentless rats in there. I believe there are some good new rats, buffs, death/graveyard interaction, discard and madness, and other utility from after the khans of tarkir block I haven't payed attention to or forgotten about.
