Lol I actually had it in, but took it out since it's more akin to Minds Aglow effects.

Plea for Power is a strictly better Brilliant Plan with upside. Why not?

An extra turn is not always better than a draw spell. If I had a choice between two cards for a draw spell, I'd always choose Brilliant Plan because multiple opponents can choose for me to get an extra turn instead. In a lot of cases, drawing three cards is more important than getting an extra turn.

Hmm, would wheels count as draw?

At first glance, I'd say no, because you don't actually get any card advantage when you have seven or more cards in hand, which seems silly, but what would you say?

Red has atrocious draw capability. In various red decks, where discarding is the norm, it's not uncommon to have 0-1 cards in hand. Reforge the Soul is great to reload in those sorts of situations, so I'd say absolutely.

I shall add the wheels then :D

Even if it also makes your opponent draw, I think Prosperity, Skyscribing and Fascination could be on the list.
They can be played in Nekusar, the Mindrazer, Leovold, Emissary of Trest or used with Spirit of the Labyrinth and Notion Thief.

I'd say that those are cards that are more in line with synergy with their commanders as opposed to being primarily draw spells. Plus, for the effect of drawing cards, you just have to pay 1 or 2 more mana for the same effect, but just for yourself. That's why I don't think it's worth it to include those cards.

Liliana's Caress doesn't draw cards. I think you may have meant to type in Liliana's Contract

How about Shamanic Revelation?

And God-Eternal Bontu is missing because?

Oak_Guy, Shamanic Revelation has been added!

TheDeckMaker2300, good catch! I'll add that into the same category as Reprocess!

I question whether some of the themes you have listed are broad enough to be worth mentioning, at least in a "List of Staples." Jace's Triumph in a "Jace Theme?" That's not a theme or archetype. That's a single jank deck.

Rummaging in cards I have after looking up this list. You have some similar sorceries. But not Plumb the Forbidden. Like Bankrupt in Blood if you sac two creatures. But instant speed, and flexible. Especially if you like token creatures or spell copies.
