List of all pertinent spells that get rid of artifacts/enchantments in EDH.
What this includes:
- Cards that can remove an artifact/enchantment by destroying it, exiling it, putting it to the bottom of its owner's library, shuffling it into its owner's library, or forcing its owner to sacrifice it for the cost of no more than 3 mana per permanent it removes that way
- Cards that can remove multiple artifacts by destroying them, exiling them, putting them to the bottom of their owners' libraries, shuffling them into their owners' libraries, or forcing their owners to sacrifice them for the cost of no more than 3 mana per permanent it removes that way
What this doesn't include:
- Cards that are limited by the CMC or color of artifacts/enchantments they can remove, except when you can pay to make it any converted mana cost you want ( Steel Hellkite , which is okay because it can remove many artifacts/enchantments with converted mana cost less than a third of the total amount of mana invested BECAUSE it's repeatable)
- Cards that could ever return the removed artifact/enchantment ( Oblivion Ring )
- Cards that cause player to sacrifice any permanent, because opponents could sacrifice a different permanent
- Cards that simultaneously must remove all your lands in the same fashion ( Apocalypse )
- Cards that cannot remove artifacts
