It wasn't the original scope, but that's what it kind of turned into! I really just wanted a place to use both Blood Moon and Primal Order, and this is kind of the natural progression of those ideas. Gruul enchantress hatebears (without the bears) lol

ah ok well the deck seems good the way i built my radha was more around aggro then anything and this is a cool twist to her.

This is kind of outside my comfort zone as typically I pick the commander first, then build the deck; but this time, I built the deck, then had to pick a commander. Radha seemed to be the most helpful. Plus, she is technically a "bear", so I guess I get theme points? lol

It's decent... but literally dies against anyone who has a serious deck. It either isnt able to get the lock cards out fast enough, cant lock the right cards, or just gets stopped easily. I like the idea though

Entrei, it's not really designed to go against tier 1 decks, but I would say that it does a decent job of hosing decks based on what they are doing. As for getting the right lock cards out fast enough, this deck does have 17 cards that draw cards, so I disagree that it would lose due to not being able the right card out. As for getting stopped easily, decks typically don't run more than 5 ways to destroy enchantments from what I've seen.

Glad you like it!

So is there a reason you're not running any artifact lockdown type cards, such as Grafdigger's Cage to name a redundant effect towards Ground Seal, beyond that you're wanting an enchantress deck? IF so is that why you're also not bothering with cards like Boil or Guttural Response?

Eeeeeexactly.

Really enjoying this deck so far, but in many of my games I've noticed that it's really difficult to deal with flying aggression. What are your thoughts on replacing Renegade Map, Utopia Vow or Vow of Lightning with either Gravity Sphere or Chaosphere?

MagicalHacker says... #12

Renegade Map is actually a "land" that lets me color fix without being a nonbasic, so I wouldn't treat it as a nonland when tweaking the deck. Utopia Vow and Vow of Lightning function as spot removal, so if you would prefer to have flying-hate cards, I think they could be switched out for that pretty easily. Also, there are a few more: http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Search/Default.aspx?action=advanced&text=+%5Bm/flying/%5D&type=+[enchantment]&subtype=+![aura]&color=+![W]+![U]+![B]

Yeah! I'm excited to use Blood Sun and Etali, Primal Storm, and to retry Defense of the Heart (now that I know that getting Eidolon of Blossoms and Etali is better than getting stuff like Xenagos, God of Revels and Purphoros, God of the Forge).

Lol this looks so cool. I really like what you've done here

MagicalHacker says... #16

Thanks, griffstick! I've really enjoyed this deck, in spite of having a commander that is mainly just a mana dork in the command zone lol

Maybe one day WotC will fulfill my dreams and give me a gruul-colored enchantress commander (that cares about non-auras)...

Really, really love this deck.I'm thinking of tweaking it for a more generic meta (i.e., I'm thinking of taking out the anti-counterspell suite). I like the idea of WIld Growth and Utopia Sprawl in here as they are ramp and cantrip with enchantresses. Thoughts on planeswalkers in the deck?

February 19, 2018 8:59 p.m.

MagicalHacker says... #18

In my playgroup, planes walkers are so tough to defend from multiple opponents that I only run them if I'm okay with them dying after a single activation. Best of luck with your build!

I also have trouble trying to protect my plainswalkers, mostly Liliana Vess, they never want me to have any fun

Was debating between a Radha or Ruric thar deck to make. This looks fun as hell.

Tried it for the first time and a blast. Missing a couple key pieces i guess (xenagos ) but made game fun as hell. You might want to fing an answer to repercussion + blasphemous act. You kinda make a shitload of tokens sometimes, it hurts a ton lol.

hi! what do you think about adding the Painter's Servant Grindstone combo as a win con and replacing some enchantments and creatures to make the deck more control style?

July 14, 2019 6:19 p.m.

So what are your thoughts on replaceing radah with Klothis god of destiny

UndeadObserver, I definitely want to test out a few games with her! Her ability isn't as helpful as Radha's, but late game being able to draw cards from enchantresses give her a bit of an edge, so definitely want to test it out!
