Eiti3, I did revamp the list and the description, although I can understand how it may appear that I would change it for the sake of a snooty comment. (By the way, sorry if my comment sounded rude or anything, I didn't mean for it to come off that way...)
Also, I just checked the deck history (it should be on the right side under Revision), and I didn't have Solemn Simulacrum in the deck at some point. I checked because part of the reason for being so specific with my description is because I want to prove to people that there are lots of cards that outclass Darksteel Ingot, Solemn Simulacrum, and other ramp cards that aren't as effective at ramping as the cards on this list.
I would actually recommend replacing it with either one of the two mono-white cards in this deck or one of the many colorless cards that can do what it does, but that's just me. Also, I do want to apologize for not getting back to you as soon as I should have, I finally re-updated all my decks after letting them collect dust for about half a year.

Don't know if Deranged Assistant or Oreskos Explorer are included in this deck's parameters, but both have been invaluable to me in colors that sorely need the ramp. Love the deck, though!

landofMordor, currently, I don't have dorks put in, because they tend to die from board wipes, so that's why Deranged Assistant doesn't make the list. As for Oreskos Explorer, he is just a good Lay of the Land effect, but not actually ramp.
Raging_Squiggle, Animist's Awakening is a fantastic addition. Thanks!

The_Squirrel, as per the first point under "What this list includes", those cards aren't good enough for the list.
The reason I have shaped this list in such a way that those aren't included is because typical commander games go for long enough and most decks aren't aiming to be fast enough to make inherent card disadvantage or the prerequisites negligible.
They are great in cEDH, but there are a few times when a cEDH auto-include would actually make a 75% deck worse. This is unusual, but still possible.
Thanks for the comment!

I have limited all cards that ramp by only one to being only noncreatures with total mana investment 2 or less, however, since Harrow can get the lands untapped, it feels like it only costs one. I will be adding it, thanks!

Isn't Keeper of Progenitus against your rules since it ramps opponents?

It doesn't ramp all players ("ramp all players" was used for its specific wording), since it doesn't help players who are playing dimir, mono-blue, or mono-black. It's not too far from a group hug card, but I find that it's far enough to still be good ramp in a naya/gruul/selesnya/mono-green deck.

Heartbeat of Spring definitely ramps all players though. It is quite cheap, which is to its credit, but it is explicitly outside your listed criteria.

One of the reasons that the criteria excludes effects like that is that your opponents will get the the advantage first. Even with Dictate of Karametra, which has flash, any opponents holding up instant speed cards now can use twice as much mana before you get to your untap step to use the double mana. With double mana, opponents get the opportunity to more easily destroy your mana doubler before you get to use it.

Good catch, thanks! While managing 22 lists, I miss things occasionally.

Is there a reason you don't include the medallions? They don't inherently go against the things you are purposefully not including. For the colors, this would be Emerald Medallion, Sapphire Medallion, Jet Medallion, Pearl Medallion, and Ruby Medallion.
Other cost reducers that would be good would be Seal of the Guildpact, and The Immortal Sun. There's also creatures like Nightscape Familiar (there was a cycle of these creatures, but I'm blanking on the others).
I understand not wanting to list all the creatures and cards that work for tribes specifically, but the ones that reduce the cost of spells base don color work super well, and while they're not technically ramp, they do end up producing a lot of mana for you.

Epidilius and bgijy1, thanks so much for your input! I have added the cost reducers (so long as they fulfill the requirements regarding amount ramped compared to the mana investment and card type). Over 40 cards were added this way.

A spell I've had some success with, mostly in UGx, is Recross the Paths. Somewhat inconsistent, but if you win the clash even once, it's quite good.

Sea Scryer is missing in blue.
Also, I only came here to look at one-time-use mana acceleration like Mana Vault, Elvish Spirit Guide, and Lotus Petal.
I am sad to not see any

As that comment was from several months ago, I have no clue if you revamped this list and/or its description - not to claim that you would intentionally change it to make a snoody comment. However, if I recall, I remember seeing a Solemn Simulacrum on the list as well as several other similar 4 drops. Maybe I'm wrong.
But hey, I find it to be a decent mono-white ramp card when there are so few already. But I understand your decision. Thanks for the response, despite the delay!
