Dang dude, yeah Chaos Warp would be fantastic here! I wonder if there are other cards like it that would be good for this list...
As for Dismember, the real reason to use a creature removal card is because that creature is one of two reasons:
Either it has an ability that you don't want your opponent to have
Or it is so big that you need to get rid of it ASAP
Unfortunately, Dismember neither kills big creatures, nor prevents important creature from being returned with recursion.

alecm, I have considered lowering the threshold for toughness down to five to include cards like your suggestion of Dismember. Would you have any supporting reasons why I should do this or not do this?

Abzan Charm exile most creatures with 6 thoughness in normal decks, like Grave Titan, but not Doran, the Siege Tower.

I really should clarify that point to limit it if it can't kill a creature with toughness of 6, because of the top 30 creatures played in commander decks (according to edhrec.com), 3 are clones (so their toughness depends on what they copy, so they can be ignored for this), 3 are Gods (so sometimes, they won't even be creatures), 9 have toughness of 1, 5 have toughness of 2, 0 have toughness of 3, 1 has a toughness of 4, 4 have toughness of 5, 4 have toughness of 6, and only 1 has a toughness of more than 6 (toughness of 9). So there is a distinct drop of effectiveness once you get past 6, but 6 is an important number.
Now this has to do primarily with red, which would be using burn to deal with creatures most of the time, but it does translate to other colors occasionally. Abzan Charm can only hit 10 of those non-God, non-clone creatures, so it is very ineffective at the job of creature removal compared to the necessary expectations.
Wait a second... Why are there 4 spells on this list that can't kill creatures with 6 toughness? I need to fix that.
Thanks for all the suggestions though!

Also, why did I forget Chaos Warp? I need to fix that too!

Oak_Guy, one of the most important roles (if not the absolutely most important role!) of these cards is the ability to remain in the hand until able to destroy a creature involved in an infinite combo at instant speed. Dreadbore is unable to do that, so at that point, a board wipe is just better, like Boompile. Thanks for the suggestion anyways :)
SaltySpecula, you say that "a lot of these are TERRIBLE cards", but provide no evidence to support that claim. As for your suggestions, none of them can be cast at instant speed, which is one of the most important factors for this list. As I mentioned above, one of the most important roles (if not the absolutely most important role!) of these cards is the ability to remain in the hand until able to destroy a creature involved in an infinite combo at instant speed. All the sorcery-speed cards you suggested are unable to do that, so at that point, a board wipe is just better, like Boompile.

Ah, I gotcha! Yeah, I thought you were saying my list was mostly terrible cards lol
The list did always say instant speed (or at least, for as long as I can remember). I did recently update the list to include other cards that are instant speed (like Stasis Snare, which I did not include for a long time), but the instant-speed factor has always been important for the list.
Thanks for the suggestions though, and feel free to continue to suggest cards on any of my lists :) I'm not perfect, and in fact, I miss stuff all the time lol

baboou, Walk the Plank unfortunately doesn't fit this list because it's not instant speed, but Go for the Throat is an excellent addition. Thanks! :D

arcane_trouper, those first two fail from the seventh point under "what this doesn't include" in the description, but Force of Vigor is a great inclusion! I wonder how I missed it :O Thanks!

But they can do more than counter spells. It's the flexibility of hitting any permanent or spell that makes them good.

Also... Counterspell, Dispel, Mental Misstep, Muddle the Mixture

arcane_trouper that is true. I'll modify my parameters and add those to the list!
Thank you for those suggestions! I have no idea how Counterspell or Muddle the Mixture got deleted, so I've got to add them back in. Thanks for catching those! Dispel not being able to hit sorceries is what excludes it from the list, especially with so many options that are better; the whole advantage of counterspells is that they can hit instants AND sorceries, which spot removal can't do (besides, if you're playing in a playgroup that has lots of instants flying around, it's probably more effective to use MagicalHacker - List of All Anti-Countering Cards instead). Mental Misstep is a classic example of a card that's great in cEDH and really bad in regular commander. Most 1-drops in commander aren't threats that need to be answered right away (which is what this list is mostly for anyways).

Hull Breach is a Destructive Revelry that can hit two targets.

Oh, duh, I completely missed Hull Breach being at sorcery speed.

While Chaos Warp doesn't remove the card from the game, but the ability to hit enchantments in red makes it worth noting, I think.
Also Dismember is good enough to warrant a spot on this list imo, despite not being able to kill things with 6+ toughness.
