A relatively budget deck feat. Geist of Saint Traft. I would say this deck is competitive despite the price. To go even more budget I would take out Flooded Strand & Monastery Mentor for some almost-as-good replacements, like a Terramorphic Expanse and a Delver of Secrets  . Heck, you could attack the whole landbase in general and probably be fine running 80% basics since you only need 2 colors. If trying to go for an even more competitive deck, I'd replace both ordeal auras with some swords, and throw in a Stoneforge Mystic to fetch them out. If you have other fetches too that can get blue or white, throw those in as well to replace some other come-in-to-play-tapped lands.

A card I never see used in this format is Vedalken Mastermind, but he's so versatile for protecting all of your own things (including himself), AND comboing off with Oblivion Ring, Journey to Nowhere , and Detention Sphere for permanent removal with a buyback of U. Bonus if Strionic Resonator is on the field to exile 2 things permanently.

Sundial of the Infinite can keep those angels around for good and also can counter spells you don't want resolving on your turn. (Again, bonus with Strionic Resonator here for 2 angels.) Neither of these artifacts are particularly essential to the deck, but trust me, they are so much more fun to play with for both you and your opponent than a Sword of Fire and Ice or something like that and I love finding weird interactions between cards which actually make a strange-seeming artifact quite powerful.

You could add Sensei's Divining Top I guess too if you're a total scrub. Sorry but I hate that card.
