A fair magic deck that's very unlikely to get banned. It goes bigger then aggro and is fast enough to sometimes beat anything else.
Every early creature has death touch or can get huge with +1 +1 counters. The mid game plays all stars: Questing Beast and Polukranos, Unchained So, everything is a good target for Gemrazer and Brokkos, Apex of Forever.
It's practically mono green so, I'm playing Kazandu Mammoth
and Tangled Florahedron
instead of Forest.
Gemrazer: A 4/4 trample with deathtouch and reach attacking on turn three is good. Sometimes you also blow up and artifact or enchantment
Brokkos, Apex of Forever: Mutating a 6/6 trample over last turns creature can do a lot of haste-like damage. It's either got death touch or is commonly an 8/8 or much bigger. With 31 other creatures, but no card draw, the deck is counting on being able to recast this from the graveyard if the game goes long
Ram Through with deathtouch is as good as two mana destroy any creature at instant speed. With Brokkos, Apex of Forever it delivers big unblockable damage
Heroic Intervention along with death touchers and big creatures worth protecting lets you make aggressive attacks and wins games
Late game you reliably have Brokkos, Apex of Forever and Polukranos, Unchained in your graveyard. Which escapes and mutates into an 18/18 trampler that shoots repeatable creature removal. Fun!
I can't argue that this deck is ultimately better then the best tier one decks in anyway, especially considering that on Arena this deck costs as much or more due to all the rare wild cards needed, but it's something different and I like it.
