+1. Have you considered adding/siding a board wipe option for things like token swarms? Polukranos, World Eater, Barrage of Boulders, or something similar?

Koalamaster123, that's a mistake. When I added Haven of the Spirit Dragon I forgot to remove a Mountain. Oops!

Side Surrak Dragonclaw, add Surrak, the Hunt Caller. The latter could help speed things up dramatically. Its half of ascendancy with a body basically. Then use the other in control matched.In the side, have to say not a fan of the color specific cards. Maybe trade out for Surrak, add more disdainful and roast... Maybe add something else to prevent mass removal?

Thanks for the input Mj3913. Haste hasn't been a huge issue for me. I haste my Savage Knuckleblade for 1 red. My Xenagos, God of Revels hastes and doubles the strength of a creature every turn. I like the counter protection and flash on Surrak Dragonclaw.

As for my sideboard, most of those are placeholders. I'm actively adjusting it after playing it competively for the first time last night.
