Thanks a lot for the advice! Like I said I'm fairly new at making EDH decks and the mana base was WAY off, thanks for the tip. About the creatures though, I realize they're expensive and have a lot of mana symbols but the entire deck is focused on those creatures doing their thing, so I'd MUCH rather remove some things besides them to make room for mana fixing. I've overhauled the mana base (expensive but whatever) and added 4 lands like you suggested but being a Johnny I find it hard to remove cards I really like (Blood Tyrant, Fatespinner). Hopefully with the new lands the deck should run a lot smoother but still, always looking for advice!!!

Hi,
first off you have a good idea for a casual EDH deck. BIG STUFF! AND A LOT OF IT! NuMetal stated most of the problems you have with that deck already. That being mana. Most of your problems stem from there. Big stuff needs big mana resources. Especially in multi-color.
Now for suggestions: Since you aren't using any green mana, quick ramp is nigh impossible and will have to come from artifacts and two creatures in black. Since you want to focus on creatures as your attackers, I will not consider the creatures here. I view the signets as a must include in three color: Rakdos Signet, Dimir Signet and Izzet Signet. Since you have so many threats that a casual control deck will be unable to keep up with it anyway, I suggest that you exchange some of your equipments used for hexproof or unblockable. You have 7 of those and could easily go down a notch or two there, since most of your creatures are flying. That brings me to Archetype of Imagination. Your creatures are big and many of them fly. You really don't need that one. Sure some of your grounded creatures could use the wings, but really not a lot. And blocking flyers should be a piece of cake for you...Your commander is an Elder Dragon for goodness sake.
Lands: Transguild Promenade, Rupture Spire, Reflecting Pool. They will fix any and all mana problems. They are slow, except for the last one, but its not like your deck is made for rushes anyway and I hope for you, that you have noone playing Krenko, Mob Boss in your general vicinity.
Now for some cards I just don't like/that are plain bad for you: Languish and Curse of Stalked Prey.
The former is a worse Damnation in 90% of cases. Since budget doesn't seem to be too much of an issue, I strongly suggest you get that one instead. Alternatively Crux of Fate does the job quite well too and supports your commander perfectly even in theme of the card!
The latter is simply not needed since most of your creatures are big enough and focus on their effects rather than the damage. You have 21 (!) creatures costing 6+ CMC. That is plenty!
For a bit of game philosophy: Counter spells and insta win cards are really not the name of the game. This is purely subjective so proceed to the verdict below if not interested. I am part of a rather casual group of players myself and we have come to an agreement that even a purely blue deck will not use counter spells. Yes, the feeling is great, when you counter Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre or an entwined Tooth and Nail, but it also hampers the flow of the game so heavily and makes for an unequally more crappy feeling for the other player, when his 9+ CMC efforts are twarted by a two mana instant. It is simply not proportional.
If you are wondering what I mean by insta win cards: Hellkite Tyrant. Even if you don't immediately win by having 20 artifacts, the bastard destroys mana bases, steals equipments and against artifact focused decks he is simply a nightmare from the deepest pits of the ninth hell. Similar to the counter spells his appearance is simply not balanced in casual commander. For the sake of fun and less hatred, get rid of him. He doesn't even fit your theme btw. :) In his stead Thraximundar would make a great addition.
Verdict: Your deck looks like a whole lot of fun with a few tweaks here and there. If you can make it playable and reliable, it will give you and friends a good time for sure!

I have to disagree with taking Archetype of Imagination out. The entire purpose of the card is to make all of your stuff unblockable. You may have large creatures that fly but it sucks to get blocked by a 1/1 Spirit when you focus so much on getting your damage through.
Also on this point, I have to suggest Sun Quan, Lord of Wu. Almost nobody plays with Horsemanship. People won't be able to block against any of your creatures.
It seems to me that your deck is just about getting heavy damage through and enjoying the benefits. That tells me you want to be as unblockable as possible. Horsemanship fits the theme because Nicol Bolas doesn't care about playing fair.

Maybe a little boring, but Copy Artifact is low CMC and gives you another Strionic Resonator ...

@PhoenixNest There's not really enough ETB abilities to make use of Panharmonicon here, I guess Strionic Resonator is the closest thing for combat triggers.

I would definitely increase the amount of lands and mana fixing you play. Not only that but also the avg CMC is a little high, you need to compensate for that.Currently the deck just isn't working and you are mana screwed almost every game.
Add 4 more lands and mana fixing stuff like Commander's Sphere, Darksteel Ingot and Spectral Searchlight.
After that cut out all cards that use too many specific mana symbols like Ashling, the Extinguisher, Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, Lord of the Void, Necropolis Regent, Sedraxis Specter and Thada Adel, Acquisitor. If all goes well you'll be able to produce a mana of every color, but you can't expect to be able to produce two mana of any color so you'll always have multiple cards in your hand you simply can't play if you keep the list as it is. My examples were also only the most obvious examples...
After that exchange the "Tainted" lands (Tainted Isle and Tainted Peak) for something else because you don't play enough swamps for them. Also swap out Temple of the False God, Rogue's Passage and Springjack Pasture because they don't produce colored mana which you are starving anyways.
Besides all that I really like the idea and how much thought you have put into it. I would like to continue playtesting it in a later version when the mana problems have been adressed :)
