fearfactor19: Cabal Stronghold could definitely be playable yes. Remember not to go too low on the basic land count with it in your deck.

Have you ever considered using custom categories for the cards? I think they’re especially useful in commander decks because of the large amount of cards to sift through. They also allow you to have a smaller and cleaner looking description. Also, for the description I really like spoilers, but panels work too and they’re not that hard to use.

Have you thought about replacing triskellion with walking ballista for infinite pings

rapak: Ballista doesn't work, because of Mikaeus' +1/+1 anthem effect. So the Ballista will enter as an 2/2 (one coming from the +1/+1 counter), so removing the counter won't cause the Ballista to die unless it shoots itself. The reason Triskelion works is that it enters with 3/4 counters on it, so one can be used to shoot itself and the rest shooting your opponents, killing everyone.

Sleazebag the ballista sac works if you have a sac outlet. ping for one with the counter, then sac with ashnods or another outlet

I know you wrote that all tutors that are more than 4 mana are too slow, but have you considered Dark Petition ?? you pay 5 mana and get 3 back and tutor for what you want, so it costs 3 mana with the only downside being you need 5 to cast it. it's also only 2.5 $ so it's very cheap.

Fallerup: Definitely a good enough card to run and I'd recommend adding it, but $2.5 is WAY too much for this deck!

Ah I see, I did make a 130 $ version of this, so it's sort of in between this cheap one and the really expensive one where I put that card in. since my budget is under 20 $ pr. card, I can be a little more liberal with my choices. I do miss out on the really good stuff like Bitterblossom and such. anyways, the list is right here, I gave you credit for most of it, as you rightfully deserve. Mikaeus' infinite combos

Sleazebag I’m just excited to have a mikaeus combo in my zombie only grimgrin deck. Putrid Goblin shouldn’t be too expensive for the deck but who knows. Yawgmoth will be good in your non budget version for sure since it’s a 4 drop creature that can cheese high tier human commanders, Draw, and give more undying triggers.

I own like 80% of the cards in here. Im building it with some tweaks to make up for the cards i dont own. Thank you so much for the inspiration and the list! +10!
