Just ordered a copy of this deck for my brother (who keeps complaining about his friends 200$ edh deck... he he he he he!) I dont know the exact price because i ordered it along with another deck and some spare cards, but it turned out to be a little over 20$. this is not including basic lands, and is using the TCGplayer checkout option.

Yes, I have removed a LOT of sac outlets since I first started with this deck, the tutors are there mainly to find sac fodder, the number of tutors + sac fodder there is does outnumber the number of sac outlets, so I have never really had any issues.

As for artifact and enchantment removal, you are playing black, there is none (for enchantments, theres an extremely limited amount of artifact removal and it's pretty bad / slow / expensive), Dystopia, Deathgrip, Gloom and Ratchet Bomb are your tools against enchantments.

I haven't really had a huge issue with artifacts with this deck but if you do, Phyrexian Tribute and Gate to Phyrexia are your only options. Gate to Phyrexia is $5, and Phyrexian Tribute is really really bad.
