fenriskiba, there are many answers, none of them are black.
To deal with counterspells, Boseiju, Who Shelters All for non creatures and Cavern of Souls for creatures (although only one type unfortunately).
Black has ZERO ways to deal with enchantments directly.
Fortunately, there are multiple colorless ways:Perilous Vault , Oblivion Stone , Nevinyrral's Disk , Spine of Ish Sah , Ratchet Bomb , Steel Hellkite , Argentum Armor , Coercive Portal , Eye of Doom .
There is also Dystopia which forces your opponent to sacrifice white permanents and is already in the deck, it can be hit or miss against enchantments but it is a great card with a really low cumulutive upkeep cost.

I'm confused with some of the combos, does a -1/-1 counter remove a +1/+1 counter?

Schmidty, reminder text no, BUT its an ability cost...According to the rules: '903.4. The Commander variant uses color identity to determine what cards can be in a deck with a certain commander. The color identity of a card is the color or colors of any mana symbols in that card's mana cost or rules text, plus any colors defined by its characteristic-defining abilities (see rule 604.3) or color indicator (see rule 204). Example: Bosh, Iron Golem is a legendary artifact creature with mana cost 8 and the ability "3R, Sacrifice an artifact: Bosh, Iron Golem deals damage equal to the sacrificed artifact's converted mana cost to target creature or player." Bosh's color identity is red.'This makes ghast's color identity both black and white... (If the continuation of this discussion should not be done here please let me know...)
