Evil Eye of Urborg is a fantastically unique card which was just begging for a deck to be built around it, so I obliged. Thanks to the card making non-eye creatures unable to attack (and mind you there are only five eye creatures in the ENTIRE GAME so that's kinda harsh tbh), the only real choice here, in my mind, was to make our lone attacker a floating, staring wrecking ball. That is facilitated through tons of enchantments and equipments, and thanks to changeling-like equipments in Amorphous Axe and Runed Stalactite, an ACTUAL changeling in Skeletal Changeling, and even a creature that can fill in for our commander in Zombie Boa, the deck maintains the ability to field more than one attacker if need be.

Now, while the commander is cool and all, I think the coolest aspect of the deck is actually the OTHER creatures involved. These are, at least in my opinion, some of the best, or at least most fun, black creature effects in common that don't require the creature to ever actually attack to be effective. During the build I had to cut my initial picks down from 198 cards(!) and at some point during that process I decided I probably wouldn't have room for the staple cards I usually run, which you'll probably notice are absent in the list save for key draw cards which are really necessary here.
