Alright, what about mana ramping? I could throw in Liliana to get the black emblem but I highly doubt that would help me much....

Crypt Ghast is your best bet for U/B mana ramp. There's always Opaline Unicorn and other artifacts but generally not much in the way of mana ramp for B/U

U has no mana ramp that I know of. The closest you're going to get is the
combo.
You choose all your lands to enter as swamps so that whenever you tap them you automatically get B in your mana pool no matter what you tapped them for.

Then of course there is Dimir Keyrune and Dimir Cluestone but they aren't that great.

OK. I'm thinking nighthowler would work in this deck nicely as it can pump itself and another critter up nicely. Also, should I keep all three plainswalkers or who gets cut? I'm thinking liliana will be getting the boot but I'm not totally sure as she can move mama fairly well...
