Use this mono-blue deck to mill the ever-living shit out of your opponents. Wall of Frost protects you while using cards like Tome Scour and Mind Sculpt to decimate your opponents' libraries. Use Archaeomancer to return instants and sorceries to your hand for an endless cycle of mill frustration. Curse of the Bloody Tome lets you enchant your opponents, forcing them to slowly empty their libraries into the graveyard each turn.
