Idk was bored and made this monstrosity

There are a few different Win Cons in here: Maddening Cacophony + Bruvac/Fraying Sanity, Traumatize + Fraying Sanity, Enter the Infinite + Psychic Corrosion/Sphinx Tutelage/Teferi Tutelage/Jace's Erasure, Fleet Swallower + Fraying Sanity, and probably more that I haven't realized

As the deck goes overall, it has plenty of card draw so that you can get card advantage while milling opponents with the Tutelages, psychic corrosion, and Jace's erasure. There are various other mill cards thought the deck as well. The deck is packed with counterspells at two mana so that they are tutorable with Muddle the Mixture (keep in mind that Maddening Cacophony is CMC 2 as well). As for dealing with attacks there are stax pices (propoganda, silent arbiter, etc.) and blue defending staples like wall of frost and Gomazoas.
