This is a deck that I've been trying to work out. It is in it's very early stages, and I would love some feedback.

The main way this deck is supposed to play is by milling out our opponent, and gaining some life along the way. If we cannot do this, we then win with a Sword of the Meek/Thopter Foundry Sub-Strategy.

The trouble I am having with this deck is that I cannot get good card draw early on. Also, there is also the problem of the sideboard, which is not very fleshed out. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
