The win condition is exactly what is said in the title. Mill your opponent. This deck offers many options to do this. The most effective being using the 0 effect with Jace, or the newer one and my personal favorite using Lili's ability for the 4 black mana for each swamp along with Sands of Delirium, this offers at least 20 cards down each turn. You protect yourself by using Vampire Nighthawk and Geralf's Messenger and hit your opponent for 5 when Jace's Phantasm is pumped up from milling. I'm working on a sideboard so I will take any suggestions
