Only one win condition: mill with Sphinx's Tutelage

Massive instant and draw cards to play in the end of opponent turn. This deck can run in multiplayer or 1x1 games. (By the way, I tested it against a Legacy Death and Taxes deck, specialized against my deck, and it had a 40% chance of win. What is alot in my opinion)

Deck Strategy:

*OT = Cast in opponent's end turn or in response.

*secure = Don't expect need use control spells.

1 Island:

• Prism Ring : Constant life gain without effort.

• Elixir of Immortality : 5 points of life for 2 manas and refill the deck when you need in mid and late game.

• Brainstorm OT: To speed the game, for example, to get a land, counterspell or removal.

2 Island:

• Sapphire Medallion: Making almost all 2 mana cards cost 1, and making easy cast 3, 4 or 5 mana cost spells without losing the control advantage.

• Isochron Scepter with Arcane Denial or Counterspell (1 choice), Echoing Truth or Reality Shift (2 choice), Accumulated Knowledge or Words of Wisdom (3 choice): Constant control spells casting.

• Arcane Denial: Great option for the 2 turn, because will control the opponent and speed the deck to give what you need to next turns.

• Counterspell: Control only.

• Accumulated Knowledge OT or Words of Wisdom OT: Speed up the deck.

• Reality Shift OT: In the case of some creature really enoing.

• A mix of T1 options.

3 Island:

• Sphinx's Tutelage: The mill machine, casting only if secure. From the moment that it is on the battlefield, Accumulated Knowledge OT, Words of Wisdom OT, Brainstorm OT, Intellectual Offering OT will make it works amazing.

• A mix of T1 and T2 options.

• Dictate of Kruphix OT: Give a constant draw to control better. But only cast if not have something better to do.

• Echoing Truth OT: If you have a counterspell in your hand or is really need.

4 Island:

• A mix of 2 turn is the best option, even more if you have Sphinx's Tutelageon the battlefield.

• Dissipation Field: Casting only if secure and if you need. Will slow agroo decks alot, making control much easy.

5 Island:

• From this momment you gonna have a more secure game, can easily cast Sphinx's Tutelage and control the game.

• Evacuation OT: With this almost all agroo decks will "restart" his game, give you at least 2 turns to have to deal with it again.

• Intellectual Offering OT: Combo mill or a great response, because if you need a counterspell or a removal you'll draw 3 cards and have mana to use it or use draw cards ( Accumulated Knowledge , Words of Wisdom , Brainstorm) to reach what you want.

6 or more Island:

• Mix of all other steps, making a defensive game while Sphinx's Tutelage do it's job.

OBS.: I don't play with sideboard then you can ignore it. I only use side and maybeboard to think about cards wich can be an option.
