Welcome to my Standard deck of this format (KTK-OGW)! This is, what I personally believe, the BEST deck you can play on a budget of under 50 dollars. As a matter of fact, this is only 30 (personally bought it for 28 and change on TCGPlayer)! We all remember (hopefully) Michael Major's run with this deck at GP San Diego (and the hilarious story of how this deck came to be) and since then, this deck has only gotten better. The additions of two new cantrips, Expedite and Slip Through Space, plus the secretly AMAZING addition of Oath of Jace has truly made this mill deck consistent. So far, I can typically mill 60 cards by turn 6-7 WITHOUT the extra double color triggers. That means in reality, this deck (with a turn 3 Tutelage) should be able to almost CONSISTENTLY win by turn 4-5. That is INSANE.
The sideboard itself is all personal preference. I like extra boardwipes for the Aggresssive Matches, so I board Boiling Earths and Fiery Impulses. Thopter Engineer is good against Midranged decks and can honestly stop an Ultimate from any Planeswalker, which, by the way, can win you games in this deck. The rest is basic Counterspell tech.
One thing to note as well is that I main 2 Hydrolash. I feel this card is severely underrated in this deck, simply because it stops aggressive plays AND triggers Tutelage at the same time. It is hard to find that kind of value in cards in a deck that has to be quick.
