I am trying to make a budget control deck with very little cost value.Win cons:Mill them to death with Fraying Sanity + Minister of Inquiries + Compelling ArgumentAnother option is The Scarab God for late game and mill isn't working. He can just create cards from your opponents grave.

I need some feedback on how i should change this deck.

I plan on taking it to future FNM after I get another copy of Fraying Sanity and The Scarab God
