Milligan's Island; tested, tried and true. A Legacy/Competitive Mill Deck that works, is practical and consistently wins. Playing MTGO, in Legacy Tournament Practice, it's become screamingly obvious to me that most net decks in Legacy aren't prepared to take on a good Mill deck. Once they lose a few key cards, they're pretty much useless. They hate seeing it so much, it's quite common for them to quit once they see it's a Mill deck. I've taken a few classic cards, mixed them up with a few more modern cards and suped up the deck to be competitive and tournament ready.

Notes; 1. When the occasion calls for it, in round 2, I basically just replace Ashiok's/Exile cards in the main deck with Damnation/Crypt Incursion cards for creature heavy decks. In Legacy; in particular, I find that it's usually more helpful to keep Ashiok in the main deck. Exiling cards from graveyards, preventing the opponent from searching their library with the added perk of still milling 4 cards is better than chancing the opponent's deck being creature heavy up front.
