Goal is to mill opponent, Mirror-Mad Phantasm serves as a self mill and works well with the Psychic Spiral late game. Doorkeeper for the amount of defenders in the deck and mill them if cant play anything else with lands.

Alternative Wins:Putting counters on Ludevic's Test Subject when possible to transform into 13/13 Trample. Jace's Phantasm will be a 5/5 with flying by turn 3 with best hand.

Could also mill yourself and use Psychic Spiral.
