The Flawless Mono-Blue Combo Mill Deck is what we're going for. The combo is to get out Undead Alchemist, usually milling out the opponent the turn I lay him if I have out a couple Altar of the Brood. If not, put Aqueous Form on him to get through, or by using Traumatize if I have it. Trying to keep the price low, but still be competitive. Any help is welcomed. So far, most of the common straight mill cards don't work well in this deck; Mind Sculpt, Thought Scour, ect. They are just limited in there application because this isn't a steriotypical mill deck, it's best to think of it solely as a a combo deck. Also, I've tried splashing and adding different colors, it always slows down the deck and makes things inconsistent from my expierence and work with the deck, but I'd still love to see suggestions on how a dip somewhere could help. I'm honestly trying to make this deck as smooth and consistent as it can be as a combo deck, and that's the main goal here. Thank you, and I hope you enjoy.

Break down:
Undead Alchemist - The main guy this deck is built around. Put him out with a couple Altar of the Brood and you'll usually mill your opponent into the ground.
Aqueous Form - Slap it on Undead Alchemist to get a mill chain going, or on Jace's Phantasm to do some damage. The scry is nice too.
Trinket Mage - Is there to tutor Altar of the Brood if I don't have enough out. Also gives me a disposable body for chump blocking
Fog Bank - Definitely needed to block any incoming threats
Ghost Quarter - Used to take out any pesky utility lands seem to plague Modern
Radiant Fountain - Gives me just enough life to last a little longer, useful against aggro decks.
Traumatize - If the game is running slow, or I don't have enough Altar of the Broods out, this really helps get Undead Alchemist going
Jace's Archivist - Lets me reload my hand to search for Undead Alchemist, and counts towards milling out my opponent
Familiar's Ruse - Replaced Monastery Siege to provide more protection and also give us a way to return tutors to our hand. Thanks to Mark1408 for the suggestion.
Drift of Phantasms - Gives me a bigger body than Fog Bank in case I'm running against burn, and still gives me a flyer. The Transmute is very useful for pulling all sorts of things in the deck; Trinket Mage if I need more Altars, Monastery Siege, and so on. Special thanks to Mark1408 for suggesting this card.
Judge's Familiar - Gives me a bit of protection when trying to put down combo pieces.
Jace's Phantasm - Our secondary win con. Easily becomes a fatty in this deck, and can be used to block, or finish the game if we can't seem to get Undead Alchemist
Deprive - A much needed counter card in this deck, allows me to protect my combo pieces when I lay them down, or for stopping my opponent from throwing down a huge threat. Its ability is also wonderful for this deck, because it lets us put more perms. down to activate Altar of the Brood, and Radiant Fountain can be returned to give extra lifegain. Fraying Sanity - Adds a great deal of speed to the deck and generally adds synergy to the entire deck. Thanks to Mark1408 for the suggestion.
Sideboard:
Working on descriptions, the cards in sideboard are to counter certain deck types, and most can be tutored once mainboarded, thus only one or two copies.
This deck has come far, and is what it is because on constant input, so thank you to all who have helped it reach this stage
