This deck is likely something no one else will want to build, or at least build this way. I am attempting to make a commander deck in every color while still avoiding some of the more popular options. One of them that still needs to be completed is mono blue. And I always liked the idea of partners but in the same colors, there by negating one of the better reasons for partners. So, I am deciding to build this deck around Zellis, Santity Flayer, who is probably better in a different combination. But screw it, this deck also let's me play one of my favorite cards in Altar of the Brood so we shall see how this all shakes out. Also since now of the blue backgrounds really help, any will probably do.
