This is a self-mill Primal Surge deck. Consequently, it runs only two other non-permanents, and even those only begrudgingly because they are that good.

How do you win? Simple, build a solid board presence, maybe even with Panharmonicon and/or Yarok, the Desecrated, and resolve a Craterhoof Behemoth.

If you aren't agreeable to that line, and if Buried Alive and Living Death are out of your library, you could resolve your Surge, ensuring that every last card of your library is put onto the battlefield. If one of those cards is either Jace, Wielder of Mysteries or Thassa's Oracle, you win instantly.

A third way is to mill Triskelion or Walking Ballista, coupled with Consuming Aberration, Lhurgoyf, Lord of Extinction or Splinterfright, cast The Mimeoplasm, exiling those two cards and (especially in the case of Lord of Extinction) hopefully relieve your opponents of their life totals by repeatedly pinging them. Be aware that this might not be enough on the first attempt.

Another sweet play that may not win, but should give you plenty of options afterward is having Syr Konrad, the Grim out and activating Mirror-Mad Phantasm. If you're lucky, it mills almost your entire library, giving you plenty of Syr Konrad triggers.

If you have the misfortune of playing against a Humility, all hope is not lost. You have Pernicious Deed or Song of the Dryads to neutralize it, but until you can access those cards, it won't look good for you.
