I was kind of inspired by the Command Zone podcast's recent episode talking about Chromium, the Mutable to make a control-voltron hybrid. This deck ended up being much more control than Voltron, with the commander serving as a secondary threat to fall back on if other win conditions don't work out.

The idea is to do some classic black/blue control to disrupt our opponents until we can (hopefully) finish them with one of our bombs (Noxious Gearhulk, Pearl Lake Ancient, Sepulchral Primordial, Sire of Stagnation, Sphinx of the Final Word, Fleet Swallower, Avatar of Woe and Storm Crow) combined with Rite of Replication. Also we have Cyclonic Rift.

This deck has two subthemes, one being Voltron, and the other being Mill. As far as Voltron goes, we have Blackblade Reforged, Hammer of Nazahn, Prowler's Helm, Swiftfoot Boots, and Whispersilk Cloak. If our commander, Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker, successfully deals combat damage, our opponent will probably be dumping a lot of cards into their graveyard, which leads into our second subtheme: Mill. Along with our commander, we bring a Traumatize, Fleet Swallower, Mindcrank, and the Planeswalker Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver. Ashiok also provides graveyard hate along with Bojuka Bog. It might be worth running a Nihil Spellbomb as well, or maybe even a Relic of Progenitus. If you can combo a Fleet Swallower attack or a Traumatize into Bojuka Bog, some players will flat out concede.

As any deck running blue should, we run a full suite of card draw and deck manipulation spells, such as Arcanis the Omnipotent, Teferi, Temporal Archmage, Sensei's Divining Top, Shadowmage Infiltrator, and Jace Beleren. I personally like Jace Beleren over other Jace planeswalkers because people are less likely to attack good ol JB since his +2 is basically a group hug ability.

As I mentioned earlier, I'm considering adding more graveyard hate to the deck, but I feel like I might already be pulling the deck in too many different directions.
