Hedron Crab, I CHOOSE YOU!
My mill deck. There are a lot of avenues for this deck to go, and I have having trouble deciding what I want. I know there is the possibility of the 'auto-win' millstone combo, but I want to avoid this.
Here are some thoughts on directions I have considered:
-I could replace the entire creature section with something like:4xHalimar Excavator,4xJwari Shapeshifter, 4xPhyrexian Metamorph, 4xClone.
-I could use Grindclock in conjunction with
Surge Node
and Unwinding Clock. This would also encourage me to use
Tezzeret's Gambit
which just makes any deck better.
-I could add Jace Beleren. I am hesitant to give my opponent card draw, and I honestly feel like I would never achieve his ultimate. If I do run him, should I try Jace's Erasure too?
-I have never used him, but Echo Mage seems like a lot of fun. Unfortunately he seems tragically slow too. The nice thing about him is that if I get in a rut, I have a place to productively dump my mana, and I can copy my opponents spells.

I haven't actually used the Circu, Dimir Lobotomist yet, so it is hard to gauge its worth in this deck yet.
