Mind Seize is a good deck, but the problem is it has 3 possible Commanders that are begging you to make 3 completely different decks. This is my version that focuses on Jeleva, the card that got me into Commander/EDH and I see it as the Mario Party of Magic.

How to play:

You want to have a lot of control when it comes to knowing what are the top cards on your library so when you summon Jeleva you can cast exactly the kind of spells that you want for free. There are ways to tutor cards to the top of your deck and there are cards to return cards to the top of your deck. You want to be able to have your deck and the spells in it to have a lot of utility. Boardwipes are a must in addition to game winning spells that would normally be too hard to cast, oh and you want to be ready to nuke Jeleva so you can get her to grab more spell cards...and keep in mind while all of this is going on, you are slowly milling your opponents.
