I'm a new player and wanted to create a standard deck that I could have fun with on a budget. The deck is centered around Distended Mindbender and wants to get it out on turn 4.

Turn 1. Play a swamp.

Turn 2. Play a swamp and cast a Stromkirk Condemned, Heir of Falkenrath  , or Key to the City.

Turn 3. Play a swamp and pass. At the end of your opponents turn use your discard outlet to madness out Twins of Maurer Estate or Voldaren Pariah.

Turn 4. If you used Key to the City to madness you can pay two to draw a card. Play a swamp, and then emerge a Distended Mindbender for two mana using your new five costing creature. If you used Stromkirk Condemned or Heir of Falkenrath   to discard last turn, you should have the mana to cast another two costing card.

This is the golden opening that I am trying to focus the deck around. Once again I'm new to the format so any suggestions for the main and sideboard are greatly appreciated.
