This is my mill deck I want it to be budget oriented with possible combos. I also want to steal/copy my opponents' spells and creatures. I'll obviously need a bit of control and some serious downsizing so that I can figure out my mana base. All suggestions are welcome (I don't play blue often). Your opinions are very appreciated.
