Heh, sorry I was still editing the description. It's up now.
Although, honestly, I think the best thing I could do with this deck is to focus its goal. I've got mill, discard, and copy effects all thrown together into one bug pot, and I'm hoping to find the best synergies between them.

well first off making your maincon based purely on your opponent is a bad idea. against a control deck what are you gonna be able to steal? or maybe they just have bad stuff. that aside your cmc is a lil high for my personal tastes might want to consider reducing your fatty count.
guys like Mindleech Mass , Ethereal Usher , Brainspoil , Telemin Performance , Beguiler of Wills , Szadek, Lord of Secrets , Wrexial, the Risen Deep , Scythe Specter , Netherborn Phalanx , Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni , Diluvian Primordial , and Havengul Lich are all iffy for some reason or another. These are cards you should go back though and look at to make sure they are worth the slot/investment. keep in mind this is EDH and you zero creature protection in this deck so creatures like Beguiler of Wills will probably be killed before you even get to your next turn.
Perplex and similar cards are normally a bad choice because giving your opponent a choice is naturally gonna backfire bc they will just choose which is better for them not you.
your various transmute cards, unless your using them as tutors i'd remove most of them seeing as they are rather underwhelming. ex being Tolaria West , Dimir House Guard , Drift of Phantasms , Brainspoil , and Dimir Machinations the ones i didnt list are okay but the only one i really like is Dimir Doppelganger
you dont have the spells to suppost Tunnel Vision at all.
something your deck needs badly is some mana rocks to speed it up especially if your gonna run a lot of fatty. just look at my artifacts to see several examples. Sol Ring being the best example.
Memory Erosion is rather slow and likely to make you a large target.
though honestly the biggest your lacking is focus. once you pick a direction the deck should clean up nicely because it'll be easy to see what helps you and what doesnt and should be replaced.

All the cards you listed are the centerpieces of the deck... -__-
Yes the transmutes are solely designed to be tutors. Most of them are terrible otherwise.
The inspiration for the deck was the new Lord of the Void. I was not that worried about the main point of the deck being based on my opponent's decks. It is always a multiplayer game, and any decent deck will not be running creatures that are useless, so I'm bound to get something at least halfway useful from them.
I guess what I am trying to say is that it is the Mindleech Mass , Wrexial, the Risen Deep , and Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni type of cards that make this deck fun and interesting. I would love for it to be more competitive, but without those cards I have no idea what the point of the deck is. I'm certainly never going to mill anyone to death when everyone is running Kozilek, Butcher of Truth to prevent exactly that.
I would like to make the deck work while keeping at least most of those cards. If it can't be done, so be it. But I'd like to try.
So, if you have any suggestions on that front, I'm all ears. I definitely agree that some more mana rocks would be useful, and that Tunnel Vision was thrown in simply because it has the capacity to mill.

actually with instant speed graveyard hate its very possible to win via mill, card:Tormod's Crypt, Relic of Progenitus , and your very own Dimir Doppelganger just to name a few. also Leyline of the Void but that one counteracts Lazav
