This is a Minn deck focused on triggering the commander's abilities. there are very few other illusions in the deck to work with, but there are a ton of draw cards. and being mono-blue there are a whole lot of those to choose from. this deck is fairly low budget, which is why there are a lot of less than great counterspells for its interaction. this could easily be upgraded with all the usual suspects of mono blue nonsense.
